Greater Helsinki Area public libraries

All offer free Internet access with at least one PC hooked up. There are nearly 200 such customer terminals in the Helsinki metro area.

R-Kiosks

An experimental project in the Greater Helsinki Area, covering 15 kiosks. Examples downtown include: Station Tunnel (shopping mall under the railway station), Yliopistonkatu 7, Etelaa-Esplanadi 2, Iso Roobertinkatu 11, Tallinnanaukio at the Itaakeskus mall and Heikintori (another mall) in Espoo's Tapiola. Kiosks are usually open from early in the morning till 9 pm every day.
